How much room do I need?

Each teepee or den requires a clear space of 1.8m x 1m (180cm x 100cm). Please make sure you measure the space you have available prior to paying your non refundable deposit to ensure you have enough room for the amount of teepees you want to hire. Please also ensure the floor is cleared and cleaned for our arrival so we can start your set up as soon as we get there.

How long does it take to set up?

This depends on how many the sleepover is for but generally we will need between 1-2 hours
to get everything set up for you.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes, we require a non refundable deposit of £35 for all teepee sleepover bookings to secure
your date. Until this payment is received your date is not confirmed. 

Are you insured? 

Yes, we are fully insured and only use CE certified tents to ensure the safety of your children.

Are the tents suitable for use outdoors? 

Our teepee's & wigwams are suitable for indoor use only at all times.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 14 days notice of cancellation. The deposit to secure your date is non refundable.

What age are the tents suitable from?

Our tents are recommended from the age of 5 upwards. 

How long do we have the tents for?

We will deliver on the morning of your party and collection will be the following morning. (Delivery & collection times will be confirmed nearer the party date)

What areas do you cover? 

We cover Leicestershire. Delivery is free up to 15 miles from Mountsorrel, areas outside of this
radius may incur a delivery charge. Please get in touch for a quote.

How do I pay?

Payment is via bank transfer. A deposit of £35 is required for each booking to secure date and then the final balance including £50 damage bond is due in full and cleared 7 days before the party. The £50 damage bond will be refunded within 72 hours providing there is no damage to the equipment on collection.
